John H. Emery is President of Fairmont Properties Ltd. one of Rosedale’s most trusted names in new construction of heritage homes, restoration of historical mansions, and luxury rentals in heritage environments. John Emery, upon graduating from Dalhousie University, entered the real estate development industry. Initially, he was involved with the development of the TD Centre in Toronto’s financial district. Subsequently, he became an executive at the well-respected commercial development company, Trizec (now Trizec-Hahn). During this period, he began to develop the ideas that would lead to his later success.
