After experience as a consultant to federal government and later, hired by other development companies as an urban planner, Akash Sinha saw the need for new creativity and conscious development in projects coming to life in Ottawa. Dharma’s first mission was to offer a choice to the Canadian home buyer for a healthier built home at fair market prices. Akash’s conscious community building included creation of charitable events, online local arts magazine and environmental conservatism.
