Wayne began his career with Wimpey Canada Ltd., an industry leader in civil construction, where he established a value minded approach on their many projects across Canada. Involvement with other major contractors substantiated the importance of teamwork and attention to detail. Upon his return to Muskoka, he established himself in the building market. He worked on a variety of projects in the log home, cottage and industrial market, before becoming involved with the adult lifestyle market, as the builder at PineRidge in Gravenhurst.
