It was 1992 when we handed over the keys to our first new house… Roseanne was the big TV show, the Blue Jays won the World Series, a cell phone was the size of a brick and the average cost of new home cost was about half of what it is today. A lot of things have changed and we’ve built a lot of beautiful homes over the years. But the one thing that has not changed is the way we approach what we do. At Can•Di, since we poured our first foundation to this very day, the heart of what we do is not about building a house, it is all about helping families realize their dreams of a home.
